Roger A. Hubley, CLU, ChFC, CFPTM, MSFS, MSM

Roger Hubley is the CEO of NetWorth Asset Management, Inc.  Roger has been in business since 1970 and has experience in financial planning with emphasis on investment  portfolio management. Roger has been the Portfolio Manager for NetWorth Asset Management, Inc. (formerly NetWorth, Inc.) since the inception of the Asset Management Program.  The fundamental investment strategy used for the NetWorth clientele is asset allocation.  This is normally referred to as Modern Portfolio Theory.  This strategy has helped NetWorth clients reduce their investment risk while striving to obtain their investment objectives.  More information on the asset management program is available upon request.

Mr. Hubley's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota, and two Master's Degrees in Financial Services (MSFS) and Business Management (MSM).  In addition, he has earned several professional designations, including Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant and Certified Financial Planner.

Roger has been a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) since 1971. Founded in 1927, the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), The Premier Association of Financial Professionals, is an International, Independent association of nearly 38,000 of the world's leading life insurance and financial services professionals from more than 450 companies in 76 countries. MDRT members demonstrate exceptional professional knowledge, strict ethical conduct and outstanding client service. MDRT membership is recognized internationally as the standard of sales excellence in the life insurance and financial services business. He has also qualified for the MDRT "Top of the Table".  In the past, Roger has served as President of the Minnesota Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, Vice Chairman of the Education Committee for the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, Board Member of the Minneapolis Society of Financial Service Professionals, Financial Planning Association and member of the Forum 400. Consumer's Research Council of America  - Announced that Mr. Hubley is included in the "Guide to America's Top Financial Planners". He has qualified for this honor for several years.  In addition, Roger was chosen as One of America's 2014 Select Financial Advisers  Forty-nine advisers were chosen for this honor nationwide.

Mr. Hubley has also authored an article entitled "A License to Steal" which was published during the A.L. Williams term insurance vs permanent insurance battle. In 1989 he copyrighted and published a simple approach to financial planning entitled "Accumulate Capital for Tomorrow" (ACT).

Roger is a resident of Florida. He enjoys golfing and boating in Florida as well as at his lake home in Minnesota. He married Sigrid in 1971 and has two lovely daughters, Cara and Amy.

John (Drew) Shumski

Drew is the Managing Partner for the Montgomeryville area which is in the Philadelphia, PA Area. He was the Principal of Wealth Planners Group and merged with NetWorth Asset Management on November 15, 2012. 

He specializes in advance estate, Business Planning, Investments and Insurance Planning, Debt Reduction and Taxation Strategies and holds a Series 7 and Series 66 license.

He attended Montana State University (Finance) (ROTC) and served in the US Army Reserves.

Drew has been in the financial serves industry since 1997 and has received numerous honors and awards from several different companies.  He is a member of The Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) since 2001 and is a Top of the Table member. He has served in various rolls and task forces for MDRT and is also active with the MDRT Foundation where he is a Platinum Knight and served on various committees. Drew is a current membership Chair for Pennsylvania (NAIFA).

Drew is Past President of the Lehigh Valley National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors (NAIFA). Drew’s influences are Roger Hubley’s Zero Tax Planning Concepts and Don Blaton’s Circle of Wealth.

Howard M. Rosenblatt, J.D,CLU,ChFC,AEP

Howard is a registered representative for Intercarolina Financial Services, Inc., and an Investment Advisor Representative with NetWorth Asset Management. Howard has held securities licenses since 1974 and an insurance license since 1970.  He is and has been a licensed member of The Florida Bar since 1982.  He is an Accredited Estate Planner (AEP) and his law practice focuses on Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning and Elder Law.  He earned his CLU designation in 1977, his Chartered Financial Consultant's designation in (1984) and his LUTCF in 1991.  

 Howard earned his bachelor's degree (B.A.E.) from the University of Florida in 1969, taught school for a couple of years, entered graduate school at UF studying educational psychology and then enrolled in law school at the Levin College of Law (UF) where he received his J.D. in December, 1981.  He passed The Florida Bar in 1982 and was sworn in by his cousin, Judge Louis Safer the following week.

He is an active member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), having served the Florida Association as its chaplain, as a regional Vice-President and member of their state Political Action Committee for several years and Gainesville-NAIFA as President in 1981-1983.   For his years of service, he was honored with the Herb Morgan Award of Excellence in 2014.  He currently serves on the NAIFA Government Relations Committee.  He is also currently President of the Gainesville chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals and has previously served as President of the North Central Florida Estate Planning Council (1983).  He is a life member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) with nearly 40 years of membership.

He is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), The Florida Bar, Eighth Judicial Bar Association (EJCBA) and the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (former board member and past president of the Clare Gehan chapter of FAWL).  He has been very active in The Florida Bar having served off and on for 18 years on the Member Benefits Committee (one year as chair), Prepaid Legal Insurance Committee (two years as chair), and Florida Lawyers Legal Insurance Corporation (former President and current President and CEO.

His philosophy is "Do for your client as you would do for yourself if you were in the client's situation".  He has been married to Eve Ackerman (who writes novels under the nom de plume of Darlene Marshall) for 42 years.  They have two sons, Raphi (who lives in Portland, OR) and Micah (who lives in Brooklyn, NY).

Amy Bethke

Amy Bethke is President of NetWorth. As a registered representative of Intercarolina Financial Services, Inc., she specializes in long term care, insurance, and investment planning.  She has been a registered representative and Managing Principal since 2008. She offers a multi-faceted approach to planning that also encompasses additional financial issues called Accumulate Capital for Tomorrow (ACT).

Amy earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Simpson College, and went on to serve in the Peace Corps in Africa.  After working in academia for several years as a biology teacher, Amy moved back to her home town in Minnesota  to work in the family business.  
Amy is licensed for life, health, disability and long term care insurance.   She holds the Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses, which provide the opportunity to offer investment options to clients. In addition Amy holds a Series 24 license  (General Securities Principal). She is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), Financial Service Professionals (FSP) and is currently working on the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) professional designation.
